We are looking for 40 volunteers to help us on the day of the event.

Are you:

  • willing to help out for 2 hours or more in a general support role; OR
  • an experienced fermenter, prepared to spend 2 hours or more helping members of the public make good sauerkraut and answering their ferment-related questions as they do so?

Volunteers will be given a Sauerkrautathon 2018 apron, which you will be able to take away with you as a thank you.
